The admin who initially created and paid for the workspace is billed using the payment information they provided. Only admins can add other members as admins; there is no limit to the number of admins on a team.

Can you please explain where I manage this? There is no clear place in dashboard.

If you are looking for the billing details tab, you can access them by following the below steps;
1. Click on the 3 dots right beside to your workspace and click on workspace settings.
2. You will see Accounts, Members and Billing tab
3. To add or manage members' permission, go to the member's tab and you can do it from there.
