Additional Security Settings for Enterprise Clients

As an Enterprise client, you will have advanced security controls to ensure your workspace operates securely and efficiently. These controls are accessible through the "Security" tab under Workspace Settings.

The workspace admin has full control to configure various security settings, enabling you to tailor security policies according to your organization’s needs. These features are designed to prevent unauthorized access, protect sensitive information, and regulate public interactions.

Below is a breakdown of the key security settings available to you:

External Sharing

Control how information flows outside your workspace:

  • Enable external link creation: Allow users to generate shareable links for external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Disable external link creation: Prevent users from creating external links to avoid accidental or unauthorized distribution of sensitive information. This feature is especially crucial for controlling how proprietary animations or files are shared and ensuring compliance with data protection policies.

Request to Join Workspace

Manage how users from outside your organization interact with your workspace:

  • Allow external requests: Enable this option to allow individuals outside your @{companydomain} to request access to your workspace via shared animation links. This is useful when working with external collaborators, freelancers, or clients.
  • Restrict external requests: Disable this option to block unauthorized or unsolicited access attempts. With this setting, only individuals invited by your team can join the workspace, ensuring that access is granted strictly by invitation and not through external requests.

Publish to Community

Regulate whether users can share content publicly through community platforms:

  • Enable public publishing: Users can publish animations to the public domain, promoting visibility and engagement with the broader community.
  • Disable public publishing: Restrict this feature to prevent unintentional exposure of proprietary content or internal assets to the public. This is critical for organizations dealing with confidential or sensitive data.

AI Features

Manage access to AI-powered tools to balance productivity and control:

  • Enable AI tools: Allow users to leverage advanced tools such as Motion Copilot and AI Prompt to Vector for faster, automated workflows. These tools can help enhance productivity by simplifying complex tasks.
  • Disable AI tools: Restrict access to these features if AI-generated content needs to be regulated for quality or data security purposes.
