To delete your credit card information, please follow these steps:
1. On the left sidebar, click on the three dots ... menu next to your workspace name and go to Workspace Settings.
2. On the Workspace Settings > click on Billing tab.
3. Under Plan details, you will see your Payment method. Click on Manage payment method.
4. You will be taken to Stripe Billing Portal. Next to your Payment method, click on the three dots ... and then click on the Delete option.
Please note that removing payment information is not possible if you have an active subscription. Please contact support@lottiefiles.com for assistance and the support team will assist you with removing your card.
