Billing for new team members

Immediate pro-rated charge:

When you add a new member to your workspace, you'll be billed immediately for a pro-rated amount. This is calculated as:

Monthly rate × Number of months remaining in your current annual plan

Example: If you add a member halfway through your annual plan with 6 months remaining, you'll pay for those 6 months upfront.

At renewal:

When your plan renews, all team members (including those added mid-cycle) will be charged for the full year ahead.

Reassigning seats:

If a team member leaves, you can reassign their seat to a new member at no additional cost—you're simply using the seat you've already paid for.
