Troubleshooting Email Change Verification Issues

Due to a security patch on our system, usernames that include a period (.) (e.g. LottieFiles Inc.) may cause verification links (such as email change requests) to fail.

This results in expired or broken verification links even if the request was made correctly.
 

If you experience this issue:

Please edit your name and remove the period. 

If you are not able to do it on your account: 

Please contact LottieFiles Support (support@lottiefiles.com) with your current registered email address and the new email you wish to use.

Our team will check your account profile and remove the period from your name, if needed.

Tip: Avoid using periods in your Name/Company Name when updating your profile to prevent this issue in the future.
