Linking an Existing Account to SSO Login

If your LottieFiles account was created before your organization enabled Single Sign-On (SSO), you will need to link your account to SSO in order to sign in using your SSO credentials.

Accounts not yet linked will see an error message when attempting to log in through the organization's SSO page:

Steps to link your account:

  1. Go to Account Settings > General

  2. Scroll to the Linked Accounts section

  3. Click Link next to SSO Enterprise Login

Once completed, you’ll be able to access your LottieFiles account using the SSO/SAML login page provided by your organization.

Here's how you can link your account: 

1. Navigate to your Account Settings > General
2. Locate the "Linked accounts" section under General settings
3. Click on "Link" for SSO Enterprise Login. 



After successfully linking your account and enabling SSO Enterprise Login, you should now be able to log in to your LottieFiles account using the SSO/SAML login page provided by your organization.
