Unable to load or download file from workspace

If you are having trouble loading or downloading files from your workspace, here are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly.
  2. Clear Cache or Try a Different Web Browser: Sometimes, browser cache or compatibility issues can hinder downloads. Try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different web browser to see if it resolves the problem.
  3. Test with a Different Network: Your current network may be blocking the download. Try connecting to a different network to see if you can download the file successfully.
  4. Verify Browser Settings: Ensure that your browser settings do not block downloads. Check for any settings or extensions that might interfere with downloads and disable them if necessary.

Potential Known Issues:

  • Google Chrome Download Disallowed: If you encounter the error message "Download is disallowed. The frame initiating or instantiating the download is sandboxed, but the flag 'allow-downloads' is not set" in your browser console, it might be due to restrictions within Google Chrome.
Solution: Try using a different browser or update/reinstall Google Chrome to resolve the issue.

  • Firewall Blocking the Lottie Files Domain: Your network's firewall might be blocking access to the lottie.host domain, preventing downloads.
Solution: Contact your IT department to unblock the lottie.host domain. You can also confirm the issue by trying to access the site using a different network.
