Upgrading your workspace
Subscriptions apply to a single workspace, not your whole account. Upgrade the workspace you and your team will work in. Only the workspace owner can upgrade.
Choose a plan

Upgrade to Individual or Team
- Open your Dashboard.
- In the left sidebar, switch to the workspace you want to upgrade.
- Click Upgrade Workspace in the top-right corner.
- Choose Individual or Team. For Team, choose the number of seats.
- Enter your payment details and confirm.
The upgrade applies right away.
If you signed up with a company email address, only Team, Team+ and Enterprise are offered. For more details, refer to our Terms of Sale.
Adding team members later
On a Team plan, each new member adds a seat, charged pro rata for the rest of your billing year. See Billing for new team members.
On an Individual plan, inviting a member upgrades the workspace to Team.
Upgrade to Team+ or Enterprise
Fill in the Contact Sales form. Our sales team will get in touch to understand your needs and send a custom quote. Enterprise plans can be paid by invoice.
What you get after upgrading
- Unlimited private uploads and downloads (Starter allows 5 of each)
- Unlimited access to premium animations
- Asset link (CDN) bandwidth: 10 GB per month on Individual, 50 GB on Team
- File optimizer and other paid features
- AI credits, with credits renewed monthly.
Paying
We accept the payment methods listed in Payment methods accepted. You’ll be charged when you upgrade, then again at each renewal. Invoices are in the Billing tab of Workspace settings.
