How to Update Your Account Email Address

1. Go to your Account Settings
2. Find the email address field under General and click Change Email
3. Enter your new email address
4. Enter your password if prompted
5. Click "Save" or "Update"
6. Check your new email for a verification link
7. Click the verification link to complete the change

If You Can't Access Your Old Email

Contact LottieFiles support with your username and new email address. They'll help you verify your identity and update your email.

Common Issues

Verification email not received? Check your spam folder or wait a few minutes and try again.

Email already in use? You may already have an account with that email address.

Changes not saving? Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

Important Notes

• You must verify your new email address before the change takes effect
• Your password stays the same unless you change it separately
• Check both your old and new email for confirmation messages
