Troubleshooting - Animation Render Stuck

Check Composition Complexity

Issue: Very complex compositions with many layers, effects, or long durations can take significant time to export.

Solution: Wait longer than expected, especially for the first export. The plugin needs to process every frame.

Disable Unsupported Features

Issue: Layers with unsupported features can cause export to hang.

Solution:

1. Note any warning messages before export
2. Temporarily disable or delete layers with unsupported features
3. Try exporting again
4. Re-enable layers one at a time to identify the problematic element

Reduce Composition Length

Issue: Very long compositions take proportionally longer to export.

Solution: Export shorter segments or trim your composition to the essential frames.

Restart After Effects

Issue: Sometimes After Effects or the plugin becomes unresponsive.

Solution:

1. Force quit After Effects
2. Restart the application
3. Reopen your project

Update the Plugin
