Edit Your Profile
Your profile is how other people see you on LottieFiles, including potential clients if you’ve turned on Hire Me.
How to edit your profile
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Make your changes and click Save.
What you can add
| Field | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Display name | The name shown on your profile and animations |
| Username | Your unique profile URL, for example lottiefiles.com/yourname |
| Profile picture | A photo, logo, or avatar |
| Bio | A short description of you or your work |
| Location | Where you’re based |
| Website | A link to your portfolio or site |
| Social links | Your Twitter/X, Instagram, Behance, and other profiles |
Tips
- ⚠️ Avoid periods (.) in your name. They can stop verification links from working. See Verification Link Not Working.
- Changing your username changes your profile URL. Update any links you’ve shared elsewhere.
