LottieFiles AI Credits

LottieFiles AI Credits let you use supported AI-powered features, including Motion Copilot, Prompt to Keyframe, Prompt to Theming, Prompt to State Machines, Prompt to Vector, and Raster to Vector.

AI Credits are included with LottieFiles subscriptions and refresh automatically each month based on your subscription billing cycle. You can also purchase additional AI Credits as a separate add-on if you need more credits.

How Are AI Credits Used?

Each AI feature uses a different number of credits per run.

How to Check Your AI Credit Balance

To view your AI Credit balance and usage:

  1. Go to your LottieFiles Dashboard.
  2. Open Workspace Settings.
  3. Select AI Credits Usage.

From this page, you can view your remaining credits and usage details.


What Happens When I Run Out of AI Credits?

Once you've used all of your available AI Credits, you can:

  • Wait for your credits to refresh each month based on your next billing cycle, or
  • Purchase additional AI Credits as an add-on.

If you need more credits, you can purchase an AI Credits add-on from your subscription or billing settings.

Additional AI Credits are available with monthly or annual billing.

  2. Select Add-ons.
  3. Choose AI Credits.

Are AI Credits included in my subscription?

Yes. AI Credits are included as part of LottieFiles subscription plans.The number of included credits depends on your plan:

  • Individual: 300 AI Credits/month

  • Team: 600 AI Credits/user/month

  • Team + AI Credits: 1,500 AI Credits/month

  • Enterprise: 1,200+ AI Credits/user/month, depending on your agreement

If you need additional credits beyond your plan's included allocation, you can purchase an AI Credits add-on.

Will AI Credits appear as a separate charge on my invoice?

The AI Credits included with your subscription are bundled into your plan and will not appear as a separate charge. If you purchase additional AI Credit add-ons, the add-on will appear as a separate charge on your invoice.

Do AI Credits renew every month?

Yes. Your included AI Credits automatically refresh every month based on your subscription billing cycle. For example, the Team + AI Credits plan receives 1,500 AI Credits each month. Unused AI Credits do not roll over to the following month.

Can I purchase more AI Credits after using my monthly allocation?

Yes. You can purchase additional AI Credits as an add-on through your Subscription or Billing Settings. 

Do I need a subscription plan to purchase AI Credits?

No. You do not need an active base subscription plan to purchase AI Credits. AI Credits can be purchased separately and used with supported LottieFiles AI features.

What happens if an AI feature encounters an error and my credits are deducted?

If an error occurs while generating your AI request and your AI Credits are deducted, the used credits will be automatically returned to your account. If your credits have not been returned or you need further assistance, please contact our Support team at support@lottiefiles.com.
