Creating and Managing Workspaces

Your First Workspace

When you first create an account on LottieFiles.com and click "Go to Dashboard," you'll automatically be given one workspace with a Starter plan.

Creating Additional Workspaces

If you want to create another workspace:

  1. From the Dashboard view, locate "Create new workspace" in the left sidebar
  2. Click on "Create new workspace"
  3. Type in a name for your workspace
  4. Click "Create"

All your workspaces will be available in the left side panel.

Important Notes for Company Domain Users

If you registered with a company domain email:

  • One company domain is assigned to one Starter workspace
  • If another account with the same company domain already has a Starter workspace, you can request to join that existing workspace instead of creating a new one
  • To create additional workspaces linked to your company domain, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan
