Publishing Animations to the Community

Publishing your animation makes it discoverable in the LottieFiles public community for others to use and download.

Two Ways to Publish

Method 1: Directly from the Publish Page

The quickest way to publish is to go directly to the Publish to Community page:

1. Visit lottiefiles.com/publish-to-community
2. Upload your .json or .lottie file
3. Fill in the animation details (title, description, tags, etc.)
4. Review and accept the publishing guidelines
5. Click Publish to Community

Method 2: From Your Workspace

If your animation is already uploaded to your workspace:

1. Locate your animation in your project folder
2. Click the menu icon (⋮) on the animation card
3. Select Publish to community

Alternatively, you can:

• Open the animation and click the title dropdown menu, then select Publish to community
• Open the animation, click Share in the top toolbar, select the Publish to community tab, then click Publish

Review Process

Your animation will be reviewed within 48-72 hours. Once approved, it will appear in the public community gallery.
