If you have downloaded an animation via the IconScout and you have found that the seller has mistakenly included the wrong files for the animation purchased, please contact support@iconscout.com along with the attached invoice and the animation you’ve purchased (Lottie file and AE source file).
We will need to contact the seller for you to help sort this out and get you the correct file. The time it may take to resolve this issue can vary depending on the response time of the seller.
