Why my compositions are not appearing in the plugin?

If you are experiencing issues with your compositions not showing in the LottieFiles for After Effects plugin, this is most likely due to an issue we are facing that affects After Effects users who are using After Effects in a language other than English. Please know that we are working on resolving this issue and hope to be releasing a fix for this in the next version. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. 

A temporary solution would be for you to download After Effects in English. To change the After Effects you use go to Creative Cloud > Preferences > Apps > Installing > Default install language > English (International) / English (North American).

You will likely need to quit Creative Cloud and reopen it to be able to download After Effects in English.
