How do I cancel an account deletion?

If you’ve scheduled your account for deletion, you can cancel the deletion before the 24 hours grace period is over.

LottieFiles Mobile App

To cancel the account deletion via the LottieFiles Mobile App:

1. Login to the LottieFiles mobile app
2. Tap on Profile, then go to Settings.
3. In Settings, tap on Manage Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Scroll to bottom, and tap on Tap Here to cancel the action.
6. To cancel the account deletion, confirm your action when asked on the in-app pop-up message.

This feature is available in LottieFiles iOS Mobile App, version 2.7.5 onwards.
