Using the Audit Log

The Audit Log feature allows admin users to track and review user activity within the Enterprise workspace. It supports filtering by date and exporting data for further analysis, helping ensure transparency and compliance.


Accessing the Audit Log

To view audit logs:

  1. Go to Workspace Settings.

  2. From the left sidebar, select Audit Log.

Viewing and Filtering Logs

The audit log is displayed in a table format, showing:

  • Date – When the action occurred.

  • User – The user who performed the action.

  • Action – A summary of the action taken.

For more detailed information, click View Details next to any entry.

To filter logs:

  • Click the Calendar icon.

  • Select a date range (up to 6 months in the past). Only monthly ranges are supported.


Exporting Audit Logs

To export logs:

  • Click the Download CSV button at the top-right corner of the page.

  • The exported file includes all log entries within the selected date range.
