Why my animation is not displaying and getting a blank screen? [Mac only]

If your screen height is too short, the animation will not display, and you will face a blank screen. This is a known issue with the video player within the plugin environment on Mac machines. Try extending your window height if this happens to you. We recommend using the plugin at full height and 250px width (The full header will show, not the minimized one).
