Troubleshooting Missing Groups in Role Mapping
If groups from your directory aren't appearing in your account settings during role mapping, try these solutions:
Solution 1: Reset SCIM Provisioning
- Disable SCIM provisioning in your workspace settings
- Re-enable SCIM provisioning
- Proceed with your role mapping configuration
Solution 2: Use Okta's Push Groups Feature (Okta Users)
If you're using Okta as your identity provider, utilize the push groups feature to sync your groups to LottieFiles.
