Troubleshooting Missing Groups in Role Mapping

If you are unable to complete the role mapping process because the groups are not shown in the account settings, please follow these steps:

  1. Turn off SCIM provisioning and then enable it again
    After re-enabling, proceed with the necessary configuration.

  2. Utilize the push group feature on Okta
    This should resolve the issue. Detailed instructions on how to use the push group feature can be found here.
