LottieFiles for Figma: AI Prompt to Vector

We're excited to introduce a powerful new AI feature in the LottieFiles for Figma Plugin: AI Prompt to Vector.

This tool leverages advanced AI technology to help you create vector graphics effortlessly from text descriptions.

How to access the AI Prompt to Vector tool

  1. Open your project design in the Figma app.
  2. Go to Menu > Plugins > open LottieFiles for Figma.
  3. Log into your LottieFiles account.
  4. Click on the Tools tab in the plugin.
  5. Under the Tools tab, you'll find: 
    AI Prompt to Vector: Generate vector graphics from text descriptions using AI.

Using AI Prompt to Vector

  1. Click on the Generate button.
  2. Enter a description of the image you want in the text box.
  3. Optionally, select the type of vector you want to create: basic logo, icon, or illustration.
  4. Click the Generate button.
  5. Once the vector image is generated, you can:
    • Insert it as an SVG.
    • Animate the image into a Lottie animation using the existing presets.

Important note: It may take a few seconds to generate the file, depending on the complexity of the image.

Yes, you can use the generated files for both personal and commercial purposes.

What if the generated vector doesn't match my expectations?

You can refine your text description and try generating the vector again.

Are there any limitations on the type of descriptions I can use?

While the AI is designed to understand a wide range of descriptions, more specific and detailed descriptions will yield better results. Avoid using overly complex or ambiguous language.
