Unable to load or download file from workspace

 

If you're having trouble loading or downloading files, follow these troubleshooting steps.

Basic Troubleshooting

  1. Check your internet connection – Ensure you have a stable connection
  2. Clear your browser cache – Old cached data can cause loading issues
  3. Try a different browser – This helps identify browser-specific problems
  4. Test on a different network – Your current network may have restrictions
  5. Check browser settings – Verify that downloads aren't blocked by settings or extensions

Common Issues and Solutions

Chrome "Download Disallowed" Error

If you see this error in your browser console: "Download is disallowed. The frame initiating or instantiating the download is sandboxed, but the flag 'allow-downloads' is not set"

→ Try a different browser, or update/reinstall Google Chrome

Firewall Blocking lottie.host Domain

Your network firewall may be blocking the lottie.host domain.

→ Contact your IT department to unblock lottie.host, or test on a different network to confirm
