Workspace Not Upgraded After Subscribing
If you've subscribed but don't see your workspace upgraded, here's how to resolve it.
1. Verify You're in the Right Workspace
If you have multiple workspaces, your subscription only applies to the specific workspace you purchased it for. Check that you're logged into your paid workspace—not a different free one.
2. Confirm You're on the Correct Platform
LottieFiles and IconScout are separate platforms with different subscriptions:
- IconScout is our marketplace for design assets
- LottieFiles provides workspace collaboration, file optimization, and premium features
Make sure you purchased the subscription for the platform you're trying to use.
3. Wait a Few Minutes for Processing
Payments can take a few minutes to process and sync with our system. If your payment went through successfully, wait 5-10 minutes, then refresh your workspace.
