Why Hasn't My Workspace Upgraded After Subscribing?

If you've recently paid for a subscription but haven't seen your workspace upgrade, there are a couple of reasons this might be happening.

1. Check Your Workspace:

Make sure you're accessing the correct workspace. If you have multiple workspaces, it's possible that you're still using a free one. When you purchase a subscription, the premium features are linked to the specific workspace you've paid for. Ensure you're logged into the paid workspace to access all the premium features. If you're on a free workspace, you won't be able to utilize the benefits of your subscription.

2. Allow for Processing Time:

If you only have one workspace and you've confirmed that the transaction went through successfully, it might take some time for your subscription to be upgraded. Occasionally, there can be delays between when the payment is processed by our payment service provider and when it's reflected in our system. Please allow a few minutes for the payment to be processed and your subscription to be activated.
