How can I remove my credit card details?

You can remove or update your payment method directly from your billing dashboard.

How to remove your credit card

1. Log in to your LottieFiles account

2. Go to Workspace settings

3. Open the Billing section

4. Find Payment methods

5. Select the payment method you want to remove

6. Click Remove 

7. Confirm the removal


Important considerations:

Before removing your payment method, please note:

  1. If you have an active paid subscription, you’ll need to have another valid payment method on file
  2. If you’re canceling your subscription, you can remove your payment details after the cancellation is fully processed
  3. Removing your payment method does not cancel your subscription automatically

 

Active Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription and wish to remove your payment method, you should either:

  1. Add a new payment method before removing the current one, or

  2. Cancel your subscription first, then remove the payment method once the paid period ends
