Downgrading and Canceling your plan
Downgrading your plan
From Paid to Free:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm your choice
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period
- After that, you'll be on the Starter plan
What happens when you downgrade:
- Access to premium animations is removed
- Private uploads may become limited
- Advanced features are disabled
- Your animations remain saved but may need to be made public
